Epidural Steroid Injection

Epidural steroid injections (ESIs) are a minimally invasive treatment used to relieve pain caused by inflammation of the spinal nerves. These injections deliver anti-inflammatory medication directly into the epidural space around the spinal cord, helping to reduce swelling and pressure on the affected nerves.
For many patients, ESIs provide significant pain relief, allowing them to participate in physical therapy, regain mobility, and improve their overall quality of life. While results vary, the injections can offer relief for weeks or even months and may be repeated if necessary.

Medial Branch Nerve Blocks

Medial branch nerves play a key role in transmitting pain signals from the facet joints to the brain. These small nerves are connected to the facet joints, which are essential for spinal stability and mobility. However, when the facet joints become inflamed or irritated due to conditions like arthritis, injury, or degeneration, they can cause persistent pain in the cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine. This type of pain can significantly impact daily activities, but targeted treatments such as nerve blocks or radiofrequency ablation can help manage and relieve discomfort effectively.

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) is a minimally invasive procedure that uses heat generated by radiofrequency energy to destroy abnormal tissues, such as tumors or nerve fibers responsible for chronic pain. During the procedure, a thin probe is inserted into the targeted area, and an electrical current heats the surrounding tissue, causing localized destruction.
This technique is commonly used to treat chronic pain conditions like arthritis and lower back pain, as well as to manage certain types of tumors in the liver, kidneys, lungs, and bones. Additionally, RFA is used in cardiology to treat irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias) by eliminating problematic heart tissue.

Joint Injections

We specialize in state-of-the-art, minimally invasive treatments aimed at reducing joint pain and enhancing mobility, helping you regain an active and pain-free lifestyle. Joint injections are a highly effective, non-surgical solution for individuals experiencing discomfort from acute or chronic joint conditions.
These treatments work by reducing inflammation, improving joint function, and providing long-lasting relief. Whether you’re dealing with arthritis, injury-related pain, or other musculoskeletal conditions, our advanced techniques ensure safe and targeted pain management tailored to your needs.

Sacroiliac Joint Injections

If you’re struggling with lower back pain, hip discomfort, or sciatica-like symptoms that haven’t improved with epidural steroid injections (ESIs), your sacroiliac (SI) joint might be the real cause. This often-overlooked joint can lead to persistent pain and mobility issues, making everyday activities difficult.
We offer sacroiliac joint injections— a safe and minimally invasive treatment that targets inflammation at the source. By reducing swelling and irritation, these injections can provide lasting relief and help you get back to living comfortably.

Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections (TPIs) are a medical treatment used to relieve muscle pain and tension caused by tight knots, known as trigger points. These trigger points can develop in muscles due to injury, overuse, stress, or underlying medical conditions. TPIs are commonly used to treat myofascial pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and tension headaches.
We offer Trigger point injections — a safe and minimally invasive treatment that targets inflammation at the source. By reducing swelling and irritation, these injections can provide lasting relief and help you get back to living comfortably.

Spinal Cord Stimulation

We understand the challenges that chronic pain, such as sciatica or pain from prior back surgery, can bring to your life. One of the most transformative treatments we offer is Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)—a modern therapy that has helped countless individuals manage pain when standard treatments, such as epidural steroid injections or nerve blocks, are no longer effective.

Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)

We understand how challenging chronic pain, such as sciatica or pain from previous surgeries, can be in your daily life. One of the most transformative treatments we offer is Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)—an advanced therapy that has helped many individuals manage pain when traditional treatments, like epidural steroid injections or nerve blocks, are no longer effective.

Balloon Kyphoplasty

We provide advanced, minimally invasive treatments for individuals experiencing severe pain from acute vertebral compression fractures (VCFs). One of the most effective procedures we offer is balloon kyphoplasty, an interventional treatment designed to restore vertebral height, strengthen weakened bones, and significantly reduce pain. This procedure not only helps relieve discomfort but also improves mobility, posture, and overall quality of life, allowing patients to regain their daily activities with greater ease.

Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)

Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) is a safe and effective alternative for treating lumbar spinal stenosis, offering significant pain relief with minimal downtime. This outpatient treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis addresses the root cause of pain by removing excess ligament tissue that compresses the spinal canal, helping to restore mobility.

Regenerative Medicine

Regenerative medicine is revolutionizing the way we approach healing, offering hope for many conditions that were once considered untreatable. As research continues, its applications are expected to expand, bringing new opportunities for improved health and quality of life.
Advances in gene editing and biomaterials are also paving the way for more personalized and effective treatments. As these technologies continue to evolve, regenerative medicine has the potential to redefine healthcare, offering safer and more sustainable solutions for patients worldwide.
